Sobieszak, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Cereal Partners Poland Toru\u0144-Pacific (CPP), and Aleksander Wasilewski, CEO of Nestle Polska S.A. The largely courtesy meeting, held at Nestl\u00e9 Polska&#8217;s headquarters, provided an opportunity to summarize the activities of both companies in 2024 and identify key, shared goals that will be pursued in the future by both companies, which share ownership, including supporting the development of regenerative agriculture in Poland.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Common Ownership<\/strong><br \/>\nAs a reminder, the Swiss company Nestl\u00e9 is a shareholder in both companies. In the case of Nestl\u00e9 Polska S.A., it is the sole owner, while in the case of CPP, Nestl\u00e9 holds a 50% stake. The other half is owned by the American food manufacturer General Mills Inc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>History of Cooperation<\/strong><br \/>\nAleksander Wasilewski, who served as CEO of CPP from 2020 to August 2024, has a long and rich history with the company. His career at CPP began in 1997, and he also gained experience during foreign assignments in Ukraine, Moldova, and the Nordic countries. These international experiences allowed him to gain a broad perspective and management skills in various markets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Toru\u0144 Roots<\/strong><br \/>\nThe men spoke in Wasilewski&#8217;s office, where in the background was a watercolor painting of the Toru\u0144 panorama, which Wasilewski received upon completing his tenure with CPP. This painting serves as a symbolic reminder of his long and fruitful work for the company.
