The previous CEO, Aleksander Wasilewski, who had headed the company since 2020, moved to Warsaw and is now leading the management board of Nestl\u00e9 Polska S.A.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Monika Michniak is a native of Toru\u0144 and a graduate of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toru\u0144. She also holds an Executive MBA from the University of Warwick in the UK. She has been associated with Cereal Partners Poland Toru\u0144-Pacific, also known as &#8220;P\u0142atki,&#8221; since 1999. For the past 10 years, she has managed foreign markets in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary, and since 2022, she has headed the Southeastern Europe cluster (the Balkans, Romania, Moldova, and Ukraine) within the Cereal Partners Worldwide group, of which the Toru\u0144-based company has been a part since 1994.<\/p>\n<p>She returns to Toru\u0144 as an experienced manager in managing diverse teams and markets with distinct characteristics. She emphasizes her belief in the continued development of the breakfast cereal and bar category. Her priority is to lead Cereal Partners Poland Toru\u0144-Pacific, which has production plants in Toru\u0144 and Lubicz, as well as a Distribution Center in Gr\u0119bocin, and employs over 900 people, to become an &#8220;employer of choice.&#8221; The CEO intends to focus on ensuring CPP is perceived as a good place to work by current employees, as well as by those entering the job market.<\/p>\n<p>Cereal Partners Poland Toru\u0144-Pacific is one of the largest companies in the Pomerania and Kuyavia regions, listed among the largest Polish companies, and one of the largest food exporters in Poland. Nestl\u00e9 breakfast cereals and cereal bars, manufactured in Toru\u0144 and Lubicz, are sold in 65 countries worldwide. The company has been part of CPW (Cereal Partners Worldwide) for 30 years. Its shareholders are Nestl\u00e9, the world&#8217;s largest food company, and General Mills Inc., an American food manufacturer, including breakfast cereals. Wojciech B.
