A year fraught with uncertainty is ending with a confident victory for CPP Toru\u0144-Pacific, the manufacturer of Nestl\u00e9 breakfast cereals and cereal bars. This is evidenced by the company’s strong financial results and improved market share. During the annual review \u2013 conducted online for the first time in the company’s history \u2013 top employees received awards, and honorary guests Marek Olszewski, Starost of Toru\u0144, and Pawe\u0142 Polikowski, Chairman of the County Council, honored Wojciech B. Sobieszak, Chairman of the company’s Supervisory Board, for his services to Toru\u0144 County.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Thanks to the exemplary attitude of the entire team, we were able to continue our operations and provide food to the public without any delays,” said Aleksander Wasilewski, who has led the company as CEO since January 2020. “Despite the pandemic, we made investments, introduced new products, and increased headcount, learning how to recruit, hire, and train new employees exclusively online. It was a difficult year, but we learned a lot.” Our sales value in Central Europe increased by 4%. In Poland, we improved our market share (over 10 months) by 60 points, and in Romania by 40 points. In Poland, cereal consumption increased by 80 g and now stands at 1.6 kg per capita.<\/p>\n

The special guest at the closing ceremony was Marek Olszewski, Starost of Toru\u0144, who, together with Pawe\u0142 Polikowski, Chairman of the District Council, presented the Honorary Badge of Merit for Toru\u0144 District to Wojciech B. Sobieszak, long-time President of CPP and current Chairman of the Supervisory Board. For many years, the company has supported the Lubicz Commune, where one of its factories and distribution center is located. This year, it donated rescue equipment to firefighters in Lubicz and Gr\u0119bocin, including breathing apparatus, a battery-powered fire extinguisher, radios, a multi-gas sensor, and a thermal imaging camera. Throughout the year, it also supported hospitals with its products, including: District Hospital in Che\u0142m\u017ca.<\/p>\n

Cereal Partners Poland Toru\u0144-Pacific is a manufacturer of Nestl\u00e9 breakfast cereals and cereal bars. Since 1994, it has been part of the Cereal Partners Worldwide group, established in 1990 by Nestl\u00e9 SA and General Mills Inc. The company currently employs over 900 people at its factories in Toru\u0144 and Lubicz, as well as its Distribution Center in Gr\u0119bocin.
