During the General Meeting of Shareholders of Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific (CPP), significant changes to the composition of the Supervisory Board (SB) were announced. Luc Imbert, Vice President of CPW and Head of the European Region, is retiring from his position as a member of the CPP Supervisory Board as of April 30, 2025. Effective May 1, 2025, he will be replaced by Corinne Emonet, who will become a member of the Supervisory Board, succeeding L. Imbert as Vice President of CPW. Eric Bertran, who oversees legal affairs at CPW, will continue as a member of the Supervisory Board. Wojciech B. Sobieszak remains Chairman of the Supervisory Board. During the meeting, an important change to the composition of the Management Board of Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific was also approved. Sławomir Zbąski joined the Management Board as a member of the Management Board for Production and Technical Services. Previously, as Director of the Toruń factory and Director of Technical Services, he supported the Management Board in an advisory capacity.
Wojciech B. Sobieszak, Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board and Proxy of the Partners, announced that Société des Produits Nestlé S.A. and General Mills International S.Á.R.L., Partners of Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific, grant discharge to the Management Board for the past year. He emphasized that, although the past year ended with a volume shortfall, from a financial perspective it was presented as profitable within the organization and to the Partners. Therefore, it was approved by the shareholders in the context of the Company’s operational and development directions. Central Europe, within the context of the newly established organizational structures, is leading in terms of achievements and results.
On behalf of the Partners, the Representative noted that this is the beginning of a new journey for CEO Monika Michniak, who took over the company in September 2024 after Aleksander Wasilewski assumed the position of CEO of Nestlé Polska, and the Partners wish her success. Completing the construction of the Company’s new office building and the shared commitment to the company’s success and building a team in the new reality are important elements of the strategy.
Monika Michniak thanked the Partners and their Representative for granting discharge to the Management Board and Supervisory Board, approving the development and business directions set by the Partners. She also emphasized the importance of focusing on revenue growth and reaffirming the Company’s leading role in its areas of operation, as well as effectively pursuing growing market share.
