I am very pleased that you have visited my website which is devoted to professional and social activities of mine. As a Chairman of The Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific Supervisory Board, however, first of all as an ordinary man – I willingly meet other people being convinced that such meetings enable to get to know other people, facilitate the exchange of thoughts and ideas and are also very inspiring.  I hope that this website will provide the opportunity to have contact with people whom I haven’t had the chance to meet before. I believe that good virtual social relations will flourish in real life. A long way from starch to Nestlé cereals - interview, 2020-07-20

When studying at the university, I signed a scholarship agreement with Bydgoskie Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Ziemniaczanego (BPPZ), obliging me to work for at least five years at the sponsor’s company (you were exempted only if you were employed at the university or joined the army). At that time, the recruitment at the university was “frozen”, so in 1977, I landed in Toruń, where the local starch house was installing a new line for cornflakes production. I started as a clerk at the investments department. Then I was transferred to the production department, and became its head, and in 1987, I was appointed the director of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Ziemniaczanego (PPZ) in Toruń. Wojciech B. Sobieszak, a long-term President of the Cereal Partners Toruń-Pacific, and Professor Andrzej Kossakowski from the Institute of Physics, Nicholas Copernicus University, unveiled their Katarzynki in the Gingerbread Boulevard of Stars in Toruń. Both gentlemen, who have greatly contributed to Toruń, joined the ranks of renowned people who have been commemorated in the boulevard in front of Dwór Artusa since 2003.

On May 29, 150 days of Aleksander Wasilewski work as the C.E.O. elapsed. They were overshadowed by the Covid-19 pandemics. Wojciech B. Sobieszak, the chairman of the Supervisory Board of Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific has a good opinion of activities undertaken by the Management Board during this crisis. They helped to protect the employees against being infected with coronavirus at the Company premises, and to maintain production continuity and employment levels.

Jubilee Meeting of CPP Toruń-Pacific Shareholders, 2020-03-06

The 30th Jubilee Ordinary Shareholders Meeting of Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific approved the Management Board report on the Company operations together with the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account for 2019, as well as decided about appropriation of the profit achieved in the previous year. Both shareholders, i.e., General Mills Holding A B.V. and Société des Produits Nestlé S.A., were represented by Mr Wojciech B. Sobieszak, Chairman of the CPP Supervisory Board. Representatives of the Partners authorised Mr Sobieszak to grant a discharge to the entire Management Board from their duties for results achieved in 2019, and to approve the remaining points in the agenda of the Friday meeting, chaired by Mr Aleksander Wasilewski, CPP President.Photo, from the left: A.
